We work in three hour blocks. Based on our experience it takes roughly 1 hour per 700 square feet per person. So we usually have one person per home and that takes about three hours. If we send two people, we could/should be out in 1 ½ hrs. Sometimes, with additions it may take longer and some days we may be quicker. We try to allow some wiggle room between jobs “just in case”. We all know how life works. We try to do it this way to make your day easier and more pleasant.
We ask for patience in our first visit with you and your home. If your home is like our home it becomes part of you and who you are. Our first visit can be feeling out the home and what it needs from us. Please don't feel bad if we find something out of the ordinary. Something that may need to be fixed or broken you didn't know about. This happens a lot and can be remedied usually very simply. So in the first visit especially, we want your home to be comfortable with us so it can be happy when we return to it again.
Our price structure based on three hour blocks (3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2100 sq ft home in avg. conditions)
Weekly = $100
Bi weekly = $120 (twice a month or every other week)
Monthly = $180
One time regular cleaning =$180
One time deep cleaning = $240
Move-In/move-out Regular = $300
Move-In/move-out Deep = $360
If you decide to use us on a regular basis, a discount will be added to future services

The Florida Recovery Schools of Central Florida (FRSCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting adolescents in recovery from substance abuse while they work towards earning their high school diploma. The organization operates Freedom Springs High School, a virtual recovery high school that serves students aged 14 to 19. The school provides a safe and supportive environment where students can receive both academic education and recovery support.
The mission of the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is to provide help and inspire hope to those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education, and support services.
